A door, inline panel and return panel designed together as a complete frameless enclosure that keeps spray inside.
A frameless enclosure is more than a door. It is a small glass structure: a door, usually one or two fixed panels and sometimes a return panel at the side, all held together with clamps, hinges and brackets. Planned well, the pieces line up with tile joints, keep water inside and look like a single sheet of glass. Planned poorly, the gaps show, the panels sit at odd heights and the door sprays the floor.
We start with the shape of your shower and how you use it. We decide where the door should swing, how wide the fixed panel needs to be and whether a return panel or a header is worth adding. Every piece of glass is cut and tempered to its own measurements, and we set the panels first so the door hangs on a square, stable frame of glass and hardware.
We choose door width, panel width and swing direction around the shower head, bench and entry so the door opens where you need it and the spray lands where it should.
A return panel keeps spray from the open side, and a header bar or clamp rail adds stiffness for taller or wider enclosures when the design calls for it.
Clamps, brackets and support bars are chosen as a set so finishes match and every panel is supported. We also plan wall anchors for the studs, tile or stone behind them.
Seals and a bottom sweep are fitted along the edges that need them, and we leave the glass cleaned and the hardware tightened and adjusted.
Door, panels and hardware are specified together, so nothing looks added on.
Panel and return layouts reduce splash at the open side.
We line glass edges up with grout lines where the walls allow.
Fixed panels are set first so the door hangs on a solid base.
Finish, style and size are consistent across every clamp and hinge.
You see the layout, glass and hardware in writing before we order.

We protect your space, set the glass and hardware, seal it and adjust it until it opens, closes and sits square.
We clean up, walk you through the finished work, fix touch-ups and explain how to care for the glass.
Often yes when a door sits at the end of a longer shower, because it blocks spray from the open side. We explain the tradeoffs in your layout.
Yes. Panels are cut to the measurements of your shower, so sizes can differ to match tile lines and the opening.
A header can stiffen a tall or wide enclosure and is a design choice. Many enclosures work well without one.
With channels or clamps anchored into solid backing where possible. We check what is behind your tile before choosing hardware.
Usually the same day, after the seals settle. We give you specific guidance for the sealant used.
